Merrimack Parks & Recreation


Merrimack's 4th of July Festivities are a public/private collaboration between the Town of Merrimack; the Rotary Club of Merrimack, the Merrimack Road Runners Boosters Club and who are assisted by a number of  other community organizations. The Town coordinates the July 3rd Holiday Concert at Abbie Griffin Park along with the 4th of July Parade and the Annual Fireworks Display. The Rotary Club of Merrimack coordinates the Annual Pancake Breakfast and the Annual Family Fun Day. For questions regarding these events, please contact the Rotary Clubby visiting their website.

The Sparkler 5K Road Race is coordinated by the Merrimack Road Runners Booster Club. For questions pertaining to the race, pleasevisit their websiteor by  Emailing them. 

Volunteers needed:
We are looking for a number of volunteers (10 - 20) to assist us in coordinating this years Parade. Volunteers are needed from 11:15 - 1:15 pm to assist with float registration & organization. We typically have more than 70 groups to get organized.
