Showing of "It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown" 5:00 - 8:00 PM 

During the event we will have a movie screen set up that will be showing the classic Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown movie on repeat. Families can drop in at any time and watch part of the movie or the entire thing. The movie will play on loop for the entire event so you will have plenty of chances to catch the movie!  

Pumpkin Carving Demo 5:00-8:00 PM

You won't want to miss James Flis create a one of a kind pumpkin masterpiece the carving demonstration will be going out throughout the entire event. 

Scary Stories with the Merrimack Public Library 5:00-8:00 PM 
The Merrimack Public Library will be reading a variety of different stories during the event! 

NEW THIS YEAR: Magician Performance: 5:30-6:30 PM 

You won't want to miss this magical performance from magician Chris Herrick. Chris has a trick that is bound to excite everyone; that includes you too parents!! The show will begin at about 5:30 and last for about 50-60 minutes.

Costume Contest: 6:30-7:30 PM

The Merrimack Friends and Families group will be selling hot dogs, chips, water, and scary delicious Halloween cupcakes! We will also have Friendly's at the event providing a limited amount of Free Ice Cream. The Merrimack Police Department will also be giving out Popcorn and the Parks and Recreation Department will be offering free Snow Cones. 

Face Painting: 5:00-8:00 PM 

Out volunteers from Girl Scout Troop 10151 will be painting face during the event!

Friday, October 27th, Wasserman Park, 5:00 - 8:00 pm

Bring the whole family out to Wasserman Park for this year's Spooktacular  event featuring a night of food, carnival games, face painting, pumpkin carving demonstrations, crafts, not so scary stories, music and the highlight of the evening our Costume Contest. New this year, we will also be adding an Adult Costume Contest category and from 5:30-6:30 PM we will have a magician performance! 

The Annual Halloween Party is Co-Sponsored by the Parks & Recreation Department and the Merrimack Police Department.
