Recreation Program Coordinator:
The Recreation Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of a diverse year-round recreation program. CIT (Counselor in Training) Coordinator:

​Naticook Day Camp is currently seeking qualified applications to serve as the CIT Coordinator (Counselor-In-Training) at Naticook Day Camp. The CIT Coordinator is responsible for directing the Counselor in Training Program which teaches 14 & 15 year olds the skills necessary to be successful working with children and learning to become a future leader & camp counselor. The CIT Coordinator will develop and implement a hands on learning experience that teens will get the chance to plan and implement camp activities for various age groups. The CIT Coordinator will also train CIT's how to write a professional resume, practice interview techniques and gain valuable leadership experiences that will enhance their job marketability. Candidate must be at least 20 years of age and have experience working with 14 and 15 year olds; preferably in a Camp or School setting. This position is 40 hours per week from June 25th - August 17th. The selected individual will work Mondays - Fridays between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Senior Camp Counselor:

Senior Camp Counselors are primarily responsible for the care of their children in their assigned cabin group. Counselors spend their day leading their group to various activities. During activity periods these counselors attend and participate in each activity that the group does. Senior Camp Counselors are 18 and older staff members who provide the overall supervision for their assigned bunk and who supervise the Junior Counselors in their assigned bunk.

1:1 Special Needs Aide
Special Needs Aides primarily responsible for working in a 1:1 or 1:2 setting with a child who has Special Needs. The goal of the person in this person is helping to integrate the assigned child into the Day Camp Program. Requires the ability to be creative in the integration of assigned camper (s); Good character, integrity, adaptability, enthusiastic, friendly and dependable; Achieve assigned camper (s) developmental objectives or Summer I.E.P. (Individual Education Program) goals. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

The minimum age for any paid position with the Town of Merrimack is 16.
